Shipping policy.

Body Pharm currently ships to all Emirates within the United Arab Emirates, including Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah.

Orders are delivered the next day across the UAE, between 5:00 PM and 10:00 PM GST. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are delivered on the next business day.

All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no external branding or product descriptions. Orders are packaged to maintain temperature integrity and compound stability in transit.

Next-day delivery to Dubai is free on every order. All other Emirates are a flat AED 75. Free shipping may also be offered on promotional bundles, as indicated at checkout.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a WhatsApp notification with delivery tracking details. You can also check your order status from your Account dashboard.

Research compounds are handled and transported under appropriate conditions to preserve product integrity. Orders are packed with insulated materials where required.

If a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address details or unavailability, we will attempt to contact you via WhatsApp. A re-delivery fee may apply for subsequent attempts.
